Refund policy

Items that were not customized may be returned within 14 days of delivery.   We do not accept returns on international orders, custom items, personalized items, and gift cards.  Pieces where custom engraving or custom enamel, diamonds, or gemstones have been selected are final sale and may not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and packed in the original gift box. 

If you would like to return an item please email us at jules@allusiojewelry.com to initiate the process. 

Once the returned item is received and verified the refund will be issued back to the same account from which it was paid minus any shipping costs that were selected during the original checkout and a 10% restocking fee.  

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
