Shipping policy

Most of our items are made to order, please allow 6-10 weeks for your order to be delivered (as stated in the item description).  If you need your order earlier please contact us, we may be able to offer a rush service for a fee.

In stock items ship in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. 

Please note signature confirmation is required for most shipments.

For international shipping (Canada and US Territories) you can select your courier and shipping speed preferences at checkout.  Shipping costs will vary depending on your selection.  For international orders please note that all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence are the customer's responsibility.

Allusio is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
